Steel is listed as a component. I've emailed Koolance and asked for clarification.

I am interested to see what they say. There is still alot of koolance bashing here from their heavy aluminum days, but I feel they are making progess and improving greatly. All the issues and ill feelings will not go away overnight. I would rather see them improve, the more options we have in WC parts will only help us as they drive costs down and encourage competition.
