CPU Margin enhancement = no idea
GTL Ref = fine tuning the GTL (gunning transceiver logic) voltages of the cores - tunes the FSB window of the cores to allow higher FSB, most useful with quad core cpu's (0.63x is std for 45nm, 0.67x is std for 65nm)
vPLL = Phase lock loop voltage (sets the switching voltage - adjusting higher can decrease noize and stabilize an overclock)
AI Clock twister = MCH memory timing adjustment (lightest = slowest/loosest timings, strongest = tightest timings - most of us use moderate)
Transaction booster = allows you to manually set the PL (tRD) (set transaction booster to manual and below it, choose the PL you want. You are limited in your choice by the memory divider you are using. The lower the number the tighter the timings applied, and the better performance.
