Oh well, thank the stars for some ArctiClean.
Glad it worked well in the long run, you should file a complaint to them about it, your probably not the only one that experienced that problem.![]()
Oh yeah, never thought of thatsorry.
Well, would you rather them go back to having issues putting any at all on it? There are some cards that come with a spartan amount of TIM on 'em. At least in the old days.
Sapphire VGA products carry a 2 year warranty with all enquires carried out through your initial place of purchase. This can only be carried out by the original purchaser Please contact your Dealer/Reseller for Warranty / RMA service. They will require proof of purchase which includes the original invoice/documentation.

Blech--they waste money on TIM like that. A proper amount of ASC or ACMX-2 would be within a few cents per card of that crap and fabulous performance.

isopropyl "rubbing alcohol" works great to clean that up.
TIM from the factory usually isn't great at all.
Pretty much always messy.![]()
"To exist in this vast universe for a speck of time is the great gift of life. Our tiny sliver of time is our gift of life. It is our only life. The universe will go on, indifferent to our brief existence, but while we are here we touch not just part of that vastness, but also the lives around us. Life is the gift each of us has been given. Each life is our own and no one else's. It is precious beyond all counting. It is the greatest value we have. Cherish it for what it truly is."
Liquid metal and T2 comes to mind for some reason
