They will not rma out side of the U.S. If you E-Mail you need to include the timeings, the model number, the voltage, everything that is on the sticker, that is on the ram, also your name, adress, phone number, and where you bought the memory. If you email to the link they will get back to you by the next day, if they dont that is when i call them, then they tell me to send them another e-mail, the next day i get the rma number. Most of the time i dont have to call. Also include the reason, i tell them that they are posting a c1 error, and ive already put some other sticks in that work.
