If there is any trouble everyone who has these will be taken care of in a timely manner at no cost/minimal hassle to them. That said, it is up to each individual to monitor their case airflow and VRM temps to ensure their cards safety. Once again I've had no problem with my cards but that isn't a guarantee for anyone else's cards.
I was somewhat blindsided with how hot some of these cards are running because both of the two that I've gotten don't really run all that much hotter than the 8800GT/9800GTX sinks that I've made. Then I start seeing all of these posts about fried VRM's and I'm like
Asus G73- i7-740QM, Mobility 5870, 6Gb DDR3-1333, OCZ Vertex II 90Gb
Not pretty, but seems to work
OK, you use turbines in your case..
Expensive piece of crap, that is all what i say about that product, sorry. Iv got about 80c in load and Zalman rpm is low. I can imagine what temps are in that.. And i dont want something superhyperturbinesound to just cool in my vga cards, or burn cards to broken. And sorry, i dont have any case
But of course i understand if you want to sell those..

they look really small which was my concern but at least they are small and don't stand out like mc14s would and they look nice. and id have to agree with iandh that they probably do work fine under good airflow and since you just need to have temps that allow the card to function on the ram and the mosfets i think these would no doubt take care of that. its not like you need to put ln2 on your ram.
Intersted in how these work out. I have 2 Swiftech mcw60's for a pair of 4870's in CF. I was considering not using them, and buying 2 Fullcover EK Blocks because of what I'm reading on VRM temps. Post a few Pic's please. @Petra, do you deliver to Europe, Ireland Specifically, and any idea on shipping costs?
Sig needs updating BTW..
New System : I5 2500K, P8P67 Pro, 2gig Cellshocks 1800 (some ripjaws on order), 2x Powercolor 4870's, 120gig Vertex 3 SSD, Corsair AX 1200W PSU, Swiftech Watercooling.
Old System : QX9650 @ 450x9.5 (4275ghz), Maximus Extreme (Bios 1001), 2gig Cellshocks 1800 1:2 (7-7-7-15), 2x Powercolor 4870's, X-fi, 2x 32gig Mtron SSD's (Raid 0), Antec 1KW Quattro PSU, Swiftech Watercooling.
Turbines?
Did you even bother reading any of my posts in this thread? I am using an undervolted stock Lian Li case fan which is about 10" away from the card. That is hardly what I would call "superhyperturbinesound".
Instead of getting angry at me, maybe you should be angry at ATI for using a 20% underdesigned power section on this card.
If you don't like the price, I'd love to see you get them done any cheaper in a USA based shop, in the quantities I am having them manufactured, and at the same quality level.
I am bringing home an infrared thermometer, and a high precision Omega instruments thermocouple gauge tonight to test the air cooled 4870. I will be posting screenshots within four hours of this post. If the VRM temp exceeds 100C, then I will replace the VRM sinks in all sets at no charge. If it does not, then I would appreciate everyone holding their comments to themselves until they have actual test numbers to show from their own cards.
Saying "I looked at it and it won't work" means absolutely nothing on this forum.
So far I am the only one who has any real testing done on these sinks. I eagerly await any numbers anyone has to contribute.

What is that on the VRMs?
What is the dimension on that? Does anyone know if one of these would fit the way they are? http://www.jab-tech.com/ENZOTECH-MST...k-pr-4183.html

Sinks were mounted with Arctic cooling ceramique. The thermocouple head was also dabbed in Ceramique to make sure that the readings I took were accurate. Tests were done at stock speed. I will conduct OC'ed tests when I get a chance, although as you will soon see there is plenty of headroom.
Sinks mounted
Fan is Low speed Yate loon (D12SL) run at full speed. There is no other airflow over the card in this particular case (Antec Sonata III). I consider this to be a very reasonable moderate cooling setup, hardly what I would call extreme.
Ambient at start of test
I let the card warm up for 30 minutes
Memory idle
VRM idle
Card temperature @ back of VRM's
Furmark for 12 minutes (temperature stabilized after 6-7 minutes, measured first at 12 minutes and then at 15 minutes, measured temperature variance will be listed for each)
Memory load +/- 1C
VRM load +/- 1C
Back of VRM temperature +/- 3C
Ambient after testing
I think the results pretty much speak for themselves.

Are you kidding me? If these were from someone else I would say "I'll wait for the tests", but this is Iandh we are talking about. Last time I checked, he didn't sell "crap". Seriously, until you want to sit down and test them yourself, you should not state your opinion as though it is fact. And what experience have you had with these cards? Have you been doing reviews of different cards or just one set? If you don't think these are adequate, then please, bless us with your wisdom and tell us what we need. I am just using plain old Zalman sinks on my two HD4850's and if they do the job then these will definitely do the job.
If you make them in blue, they will come, .

Absolutely beautiful! I LOVE them. I hate ask, especially after all of the hating going on here, but will you ever make sinks like this for GTX 280's? I would love a set; especially for the rear of the ram!
any test using watercooling solution?, excelent job btw, love the color especialy
Out of interest was that using 8.8's, if so did you rename the exe? 8.8's have nerfed furmark, half the FPS, lower VRM temps and less current draw!
