Please note: Updating by ATIFlash 3.6 or newer (Dos), you can try to use ATI WinFlash, but I don't care!
    I guess the Asus one.

But what do I do? And what do I need? I've never done this before, heh but I would like to get 800 core eventually! If not with the bios flash then with a pencil mod, but I don't have a DMM.

You should create an USB Bootable to Dos. You can make it from the guide here:

    http://www.thepcspy.com/read/bootable_usb_flash_drive

Then you have to copy ATIFlash programs 3.6 (download below) or newer (Dos) and Bios file to USB Disk. Try it done!

    Cool, Thanks!

So after I make this USB boot disc, and boot from it, Is it just going to take over and do the work for me? And after I am done, should I use CCC to check it?

    bump i'm trying it now...

Err, I'm stupid I set the USB boot priority to 1 after following that tutorial. Do I put the ati flash + bios and stuff in the dos folder too? Or do I have all this seperate stuff in one folder and then use that hp format tool?

NVM i got it, thanks alot for your hard work dude, your the man!

My problem was I needed to type this

    atiflash -f -p pe.bin

^^ I changed the bios name to pe to make it easier for me, but my problem was i needed to force it I guess with -f.

    THANKS ALOT!
