    yea everytime I search GTL all I find is people recommending people tweek these settings, but when looking for how to do so I come up empty handed. So I must be searching xtreme [H] google for the wrong thing....

    Carefully read it. However they don't tell me what to set the GTL values to when using default/stock VVT voltages.
