Keeping the FSb at 400mhz: Slots 1&2 (green & yellow) - Single Channel
With 2 sticks of memory and NB at stock voltage Intel CPU Burn Passes!

So then, what do I need to do to get slots 1&3 working together so I can put this other 4GB of memory in and run dual channel? Is this a problem with the CPU or the motherboard?

Also I cannot go over 400 FSB, 410-430 FSB fails no mattery what I do so far. Increasing NB voltage does not seem to make a difference, even underclocking the CPU using x6 multiplier does not help. I even added voltage to the VTT and no dice, I can't usualy even get into windows at ANYTHING over 400 FSB. I'm so frustrated right now I'm about to toss this Hunk of crap Intel out the window and go back to my Opterion 165.

even if you got a brand new board its not gonna change
you need need perfect gtl settings to overclock a quad
gonna be another sleepless night for u
