What's the monitor mainly going to be used for? Me, I'd ditch the HDTV and get a nice 30" 2500x1500 monitor. It would cost more, but I'd save by going DDR2 1066. Plus you save on the corresponding motherboard as well.
You didn't mention gaming, if you don't need to game then one 3870 or even 3650 would suffice for HD movie viewing. I'd put the money saved towards a second 24" monitor on the side
Also, you might need a dedicated RAID card to see proper performance from those 4 drives instead of onboard.
