Thanks JC. A question:are those coretemp reading correct,or we can ignore them?Mdd 80s on one chip and high 70s on the other are a bit high,aren't they?

As for the ppd,you need some more time for it to level out,but it seems it gets around ~5500 ppd.Try turning off the SMT,maybe it will help in this case.How much would a single Gainstown@3.07Ghz chip get(with SMT on/off)?

The reason one chip is 80C and other 70C is the HSF airflow ... The HSF is not a gigantic cooler and motherboard is mounted inside the case(I can't post out the pics ... lol) ... so I don't care for the temp.

I'd dedicate a couple days to study this SMP ... still got problems I don't know how to solve

I intend to leave it for a couple days see how the results level out ...
