Is there a way (some program) to see which is the batch number of my cpu (intel QX9650) ???

I found from the CPU box that mine (FPO/BATCH #) is L740B300. It also says VERSION #: E2348-002 1.25V max

Is this good or bad regarding any O/C attempts ???
