My body got one hell of a shock too. From 36'C in HK to 6.5'C in Australia when I arrived - it sucked. After a solid 12hr sleep I feel much better
I ended up drinking all night and getting on the plane in a pretty average state. The only way I avoided the hangover was by just keeping drinking - not ideal

back at home.
Arrived yesterday at 4 am local hour after driving for 350 km from airport to my house.
Waked up @ 6.30 am from my little son ..and went to work @ 8 am.
Hope tonight I can sleep.
i really enjoined everything at the occompetition and the greates thing was to bench together with Finland and Sweden.
To meet all those great guys around the world was really nice.
Hope to meet you again soon.
