Somewhere else is the problem this board can do 590+ FSB,may your ram or the CPU.

I did 550Mhz almost without any tweaking:

Thats with a dual core, quads still have problems going above 475

There are some quads that can clock very high.
I had one Q6600 that could run stable at 530fsb ... and one Q6700 at 550Fsb (It's now in a friends PC) . Both watercooled .
But ... i have to admit that these chips are "one in a million" maybe .
