Hi there. The set up looks nice; however, i have to suggest a loop configuration change. Splitting lines to two different sources (e.x. video block, nb block) is a very bad idea. Since these two blocks will have different pressure drops across them the flow through them will be different. Generally, this means the flow through the NB block is excessive, and the flow through the video block is poor resulting in poor performance in the video block. Run everything in series and it should be better temp wise. The only place this may not apply is the memory blocks as they will be extra restrictive due to the low diameter tubing. I suggest pump1->pump2->radiator->video->NB || Memory->CPU->pump1. || meaning run parallel instead of series.
