My setup:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450
RAM: OCZ Reaper HPC DDR3 PC3-10666
Mobo: Asus Striker II Extreme
Video Cards: 2X EVGA GTX 260 in SLI
HDD: 3 X 500 Gig Seagate in RAID 5 (off mobo)

I have been following this thread trying to get my mobo to work. What happens is sometimes (not all the time) my mobo gets that problem you guys describe where the screen locks an I have to hard boot. Whats odd is that I can play games for hours or days without this happening. Sometimes this happens right after boot on windows screen. Could this be bad RAM or odd voltages because its not at a set time after boot?

So far these are my voltages:
NB- 1.46
SB- 1.5
Memory - 1.74 (board overvolts) 6-6-6-18-2T
I noticed P1/P2 are on Auto, is this a problem?

Any Ideas? I leave for college in like 3 weeks so an RMA would be hard for me.

Thanks so much,
Kevin

P.S. -- I am not looking to OC right now, I need it 100% stable so I can work on it without franticly saving ever 10 seconds so I dont loose my work by the dreaded hard lock.
Hi Dawkinz,

I use the same ram kit and if you're running stock settings, keep the voltage @ 1.84 or 1.86. Change the timings to 6-5-5-18, can tighten them up a little bit from what you're currently using and use 1T instead of 2T, (2T is usually used if OC'ing the mem). Also leave P1 & P2 to auto since you are running stock for now, that is usually enabled when higher bus speeds are in use.

Good luck.
