I don't know if you guys have seen Coolmeister's latest Skulltrail mouthwatering masterpiece. This should be in a museum.

Thats an amazing case, lots of $$$$

Those are 9800GX2 right? But why not GTX 280?

I wouldn't be qualified to speak for Coolermeister, but I'll give it a shot

First of all, this is a sponsored build. Therefore, the video cards were provided by Zotac, the manufacturer, and therefore the man may have had influence, but the decision to use GX2s was the manufacturer's.

The GTX280 is very powerful, but the Skulltrail platform does not allow Tri-SLI. I'm not sure which is better.. double GTX280 or dual GX2 (aka quad SLI). Logic would dictate that Quad SLI would rule, but I wouldn't know for sure.

The third reason is visually, Ithink quad SLI looks more intimidating lol Look at those EK nickel plated videoblocks.

That is an absolutely beautiful piece of engineering. A Royal would be proud to own that system.

Just happened to be the way the orientation of my stat connectors from my psu were.

    No other reason besides that.

You are correct, it is Tygon A-60-G Norprene tubing.

It's expensive as hell, has a terrible bend radius, but it means my loop has 0 maintenance required and I enjoy the industrial look. Plus water leaches out slower than vinyl tubing so I don't have to fill it as often.

If its sponsored, then I cant say anything.

Now, Tri-SLI doesnt always mean "gain". SLI is what will bring the most performance and doesnt need 1.2k psu and you save space on your case. True, Quad SLI looks sick too, is known to perform the same as Tri-SLI but I would always prefer the new tech so I think GTX 280 would have been better

ANyways Quad looks good, and btw, I cant stop looking at that build xD

Well, thank you. That's going to be my tubing from now on. I'll take the "terrible" bend radius as a badge of honor. I'm gettting tired of the shinny R3400 black tubing.

You can see in my picture the tubing run from the cpu to the gpu.

Thats basically as tight a bend it can manage without really starting to kink.

Coils work excellent on it tho.

    Möööp. Wrong

The MoRa is not a passive radiator, the space between the fins is too small.
On a Mora 4 fans @7 Volt are enough and kinda silent
