Hmm seems to confirm what I susptected for quite some time..... that the SB600 was the main cause for the "Clock Interrupt not recieved by a Seconday Processor...." BSOD..
I'm willing to bet that the secondary processor it refers to is in fact the SB600...
The improved communication between CPU and Southbridge with the 6-pin direct link between the CPU and the SB750 resolves this particualr issue, so allowing the CPU to reveal its true potential.
At least every time I would be hitting a wall, this particular BSOD was the only BSOD that kept occurring... nothing else....always "Clock Interrupt on a Secondary Processor"
Now we find out that a new SB with a newly added direct link to the CPU, improves Overclocking....HMmmmm...?????.....Not a big stretch of the imagination....!!!!
What do you think...?????
But hey if ti works and finally Phenom can OC above 3.0GHz.... Ithem.... Took them long enough though..!!!
Whats this new product they "Don't dare mention."...???????
And also what was that about PCI-E 1.1 support only...????
