I bolted a 70mm fan from a stock AMD heatsink over the NB. It seems to have helped stability quite a bit, and temps are between the upper 30's and the lower 40's C.

That's what I have, a 70mm AMD fan, though 3/4 of it is covering my RAM.

3.45GHz is very respectable, the little bit gained going to 3.6 would be barely noticeable unless you benched, so if scores are not important dont worry and run it the way your happy.

And I don't have to run any funky voltages on anything to get it stable at 3.45, everything is green in the BIOS and it passes both small FFT's and BLEND in PRIME with no problems.
