Is is really only HCI stable to its rated speed?

Coolaler showed it running DDR2-1200 HCI stable also here. He showed DDR2-1500 as well, but i assume not stable at all.

coolaler's DDR2 1500 is not 1500, CPUz read it wrong, he stated on his thread.
i didn't really do memtest other than 1200 because under 1280, i know it is not stable. don't even bother to run HCI :P
