    Also, if its like its 2500rpm brother it aint that silent acording to Vapor. Even undervolted its still ticks.

    high RPM = high dBA
    tight fan blade gap = high dBA
    low dBA advertisement = high dBA
    LED fan = high dBA (normally, to cope up the cost)


    conclusion = obviously high dBA

    lets just put it this way guys, they are 19dBA through noise cancelling headphones; and they are 90 cfm with a windowfan behind them

    They can totally get to 19dB...
    with 30dB of attenuation.
