Same setting have gotten me to 3.2GHz. So I think I can go back and trim some of them back, as I probably won't go much beyond 3.2GHz for now.

Try this... don't tweak all settings at once... some things are better left on auto on this board and certain ram combos... for the PL 10 will do fine, but you can go lower 8-9ish maybe, but with 10 it should post... if not try AUTO here...
