nope, the pll is integrated into the chipset, so it cant be addressed with the ocpanel it seems

or maybe just 2 and just get ground and volt from an extra 4 pin molex ?

sure, the volts and ground dont have to come from the board

i checked with the engineers:

5 wires will need to be soldered on the MARS and BlackOps:
GROUND
5V
3.3V
SMBUS Data
SMBUS Clock

plug 3.3v and ground into audio pins, and 5v into usb pin, you just need to solder 2 wires
