If anyone has any suggestions on overclocking my system I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm pretty new to the overclocking and this board seems especially touchy.

Randy I see that you are also running a quad, maybe you'd have some advice for me or anyone really I just noticed you have a quad and its running about 45c under load, am i reading that right?
