i'm cooling the chipset by the stock heatpipe and transpiper. for x2 that is just fine...

and i think one should not bother too much about high temps on the pwms.. they're digital and designed to stand temps up to 120°C. so something around 75°C should be ok.. but nevertheless, watercooled pwms are a fine deal

However the pwm cooling will add alot of preausre to the cooling system, not sure if it's worth it, as you said it's digital and can handle high temps.
