I also think they will almost equal in overclocking ability. I had both a DFI Ultra-D (nforce4) and a Biostar Tforce 939-6100 (integrated graphics) and the 6100 chip was every bit as good an overclocker as the nforce4. I was surprised. The bios will be the determining factor. I would expect a DFI DK 790GX/750 and a DFI 790FXB/750 to overclock almost exactly the same with the same bios. The new version of the LanParty UT 790FXB/750 with the 8 phase PWM will probably outdo both of them, but enough to justify the extra $100??? That will be the real question.
