the noctua's dont seem to be pulling their weight based ona hand / under test.
They are only 50CFM these scythe's are 130CFM

ok found a major prob with my setup..
The tubing was too close / touching my GTX280s heating up the water before it got to the cpu.
So ive tied it back alot and althoiugh its not a huge difference its a start. I cant pull it right away from the cards because of the 200mm fan on the side.
The circulation in the case isnt that great with those huge cards either. as well as alot of drives.. So im replacing all my fans with
Scythe 90CFM 1600RPM fans x 3
and
3x Pana something 38mm 85CFM fans for the RAD
