Tap had this, TAP RP2000 Adhesive
Medium setting cyanoacrylate adhesive which is the same ingredient in what I used. US has a small can but they don't indicate the content so I'll call. Thanks CB, the only other possibility I could think of was maybe I had a bad cut, out of square causing pressure in one area. Funny though because I pressure tested for 10 lbs. overnight.

Beautiful... when I first started watching this show, I was really wondering how 3 loops could fit while still keeping the rig looking slick and clean overall. Got my answer!!

What a totally pro build.... and nicely documented.

Love being able to have a ringside seat to these wicked projects. Makes learnin' fun!

    All done...

Not close lol...I have some more to go...

And I did not really do a blow by blow on this part...but when I start doing stuiff like this sometimes I just forget to pick up the camera...

But I can see how to finish up now. It's not like an explosion at the noodle factory...

Good lord there are tubes everywhere! Is that 2 loops or 3?

But it's looking good. The GPUs are going to be a real pain in the ass to get past all that tubing, though

Haha whoops, my bad, I didn't see it. The back of the card kinda blended in with the PCB of the mobo

CD awesome job so far. Can't wait to see it filled up. Question for ya - could you write up a quick map of the water loops? There's so many tubes I can't keep track! Thanks in advance!

All my loops generally go Res>Pump>Rad>Block and this is no exception.

The GPU loop is off the bottom mounted MCR320. I am assuming that the large surface area will make up for the fact there are only really two fans on it (the PSU also...but it's hardly drawing that much air).

The chipset coolers are running off the PA1650. Now since I can cool and OCed quad off a single PA160 I feel that even though this rad is picking up the warmed air from the MCR320 below it will still perform adequately. The blocks are in series and to keep the tubes as short as possible go from Rad to SB to NB back the res.

The CPU is handled by the top mounted MCR220...this rad gets the benefit of thermal convection plus a pair of 140mm fans. Despite having a pre-warmed airstream I hope that it will be enough. It would have been a lot more work to mount a 320 up top..taking up a great deal of internal space, losing the top two optical bays and so forth...so I had to compromise here.

The airflow is all bottom to top. The case floor does allow for some fresh (non rad-pass air) through a grill in the very front. So I added a powerful fan above the HDD/Pump compartment to do several things: get some fresh air, help draw air through the PA160, cool the Raptor X drives and Cool the larger storage drive, and (I hope) provide a slight temp drop in the internal case air.

Right now my main concern is the lack of side panel fans: although this does make the case quieter it will likely make any non-LC components a lot warmer. But my hope is the airflow will be adequate withou any more fans...

Do you think there is an advantage to running res>pump>rad>block over res>pump>block>rad ? I would think that running cooler fluid through the pump would increase life span?

What are you overclocking? the pump or the PC Seriously though, I do not think the lifespan of the pump is affected in major way... I have an AquaXtreme 50Z DC-12 that is still in service after 3 years...

Pumps add heat dump...you want to get the coolest water onto the block...that's the goal: the best cooling.

I agree that pump rad blocks is generally considered the best way to do things, and its the way I try to do things unless it creates problems with tubes.

The cooling in these RC-1000 cases isn't perfect at all. I don't think I would recommend them to anyone for that reason, otherwise the size and build quality are pretty good.

Any ideas when its being shipped out to its new owner?

He'll come by in person to pick it up when he's ready.

That's the etched res with clips installed.

Currently running in the three loops: so far so good.
