what color acrylic are you getting and what color mesh. if it doesnt take much space try doing a test with both and take some pics with the different trys. waiting to see this bad boy running man. good job so far.

If I go with mesh will paint it same color as case for acrylic will go with clear definately putting mesh in bottom of right hand end with all 4 rads in place will have 12 yate loons pumping max 70cfm each of air through rads so want to exhaust as much as possible without sucking it up into top section accross mobo/hdd's.Top 250mm fans push 100cfm each. may even put acrylic sheet in to seperate top and bottom sections.

things moving slow at moment just want to put one more coat of paint on front(when weather improves) then case more or less done fitted mesh and have it held in place.Order my pumps next week are MCP655 with speed controller still good pumps?I have two mcr320QP rads and how about cpu is dtek fusion v2 still rated as good block? Also to start with I will have a 8500gt as its only media center puter at moment what would be a decent block for that card?

    very nice...doesn't look like wood.
i suppose someone could make a wood case and finish it like a guitar, pure gloss and solid.

    The long awaited reservoir

Sorry I have been so busy Mal...Here it is.

Since he is from down under he gave me everything in millimeters. What does a Virginian know about millimeters I ask?

So to evade my iggerance I printed out the cutlist full size and used some tables to convert...

I routed the various parts on blocks to assure uniformity.

    Dividers

Front and back panels ported to G-1/4

    For cleaning before glue up

    For glue up

Buffing the front edges of the dividers...

    Parts ready for assembly

Sides got drilled and tapped for supports.

Sanding the chamber to receive the face panel.

Hope that will do the job for you.

    Thanks for the work
