I don't know if this will help you but I've read 63% of fsb term volts will be more or less an ideal cpu gtl setting for the 45nm C2D. I don't think your voltages are excessive at all although I've never taken the time to identify read points for actual voltages on the P7N 780i. Maybe a good rainy day project
