So I'm SOL with my P35 board? I haven't even had a chance to use it yet for more than 48 hours and now it needs to be replaced? @#$@#$%. Well there's only so much I can complain about the new graphics cards being too fast for my motherboard.
In that case, see if you can return it so you can get an X38/48.
