Ok, so I installed UT3, patch 1.2, physx mod by ageia.

I only have 2GB vista x64 and unreal took me more than 1GB memory for itself

Gaming became unplayable, just as soon as memory runs out, but physx were working alright. Guess I'll have to get 4gb memory ASAP
