Just receaved mine from MemoryC.Com and they are 8AB12 D9GTS
58ZR is the number on the side of the first BGA chip.
the other 7 have 5HG5 on them
Ahhh both of them are 8AB12 D9GTS and I got them for around 140 Euro while they cost about 350 Euro here in Denmark

Please guy; no its not possible to know which IC is being used on G.Skill...
As for the thermal paste... 2GB is single sided, thats why its a bit harder to get one side off, but why doing so, what is there to gain...
Unless you apply pressure on top of ram (such as DICE cooling etc.) you can simply open the heatspreader by removing the two clips and one side will almost fall off..
