480x8 is OCCT stable with my X3350. That is the same max stable overclock I got with this chip on P5E3 Premium.

You tried with 1-2 sticks only ?
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

I tried with 2 and 4 with no discernible change and I switched pairs as well . Should I be disabling load line calibration ?

What voltage is set for Vcore ? how much Vcore do you need for 3.6Ghz ? Normally with some tweaking think 470ish could be possible but could well be your CPU does need excessive voltage to get that high.. or some nice GTL tweaking...

With vcore set to 1.36875 it idles about 1.52 with load line enabled and ramps to about 1.368v under load . I think it will run with a bit less for it's current 450x8.5 but as I have as yet to get it to post above 453 with as much as 1.425v .

My mate has got 2x1gb 6400 Tracer and no problems.Anyway not all double-sided Tracers 6400 were D9GMH chips, only some of them.About year ago Crucial stopped production of D9GMH/GKX for sure
Now you can get Crucial D9GMH/GKX only on Ebay,or used from users

It was the Damn RAID Card. I have an old IDE Hard Drive that I need to use in my system. I couldn't use any of the onboard IDE's because I have 2 IDE DVD Burners. So I installed an PCI RAID Card which supports up to 4 additional IDE drives.

As soon as I disconnected the IDE Drive from the RAID Card - Voila - PC posted and booted up just fine.

    Can confirm:
OCZ Platinum Edition 4GB (2X2GB) Dual Channel PC2-8000 1000MHz: Works

I'll get some CPU-Z Screens on stock and attach back here. Will start OC'ing in a day or two.

IDLE temperature was running 39 - 41 (Real Temp) - Does that sound about right?

    Thanks!

Did anybody try max. FSB with e7200? ... I have fsb wall at 510fsb on Commando (on air) and with P5QDlx it is 510fsb, too ... no more with any other settings... to 510fsb it needs only vFSB 1.16V and vNB 1.2V.... Bios 0702...

Didn't get a chance to get my hands dirty last evening - will probably put it all together tonight and run it this weekend.

Anyone here running a Q9450 on this board? What's the max you're hitting on Air? Can anyone tell me what kind of max temperatures I should be keeping in mind when OC'ing the Q9450 on this board?

    Thanks!!

Got a question for the experts :

Is there someone who knows how to mod bios', who can have a look into the P5Q-Pro 0506 bios, and see if the GTL tweaks are hidden, and can be enabled?

I used an AMI bios editor to check the bios, but I don't know if the program can check for any hidden features in a bios.

    Thanks,
Yes! That's the one. $91, Free Shipping at that time. It's gone up a bit in price/shipping now I see.

Works absolutely awesome out of the box in my P5Q Deluxe. Recognized immediately.

Is the 8800GTS that long? If your concerned just buy an elbowed SATA cord that is orientated in the correct position. I had one from my old RAID card and it works fine with my GX2.

Interested in this board, some of the early reviews suggested the performance could have been better. Has it improved with later bios(s) ?
