Is there an unlocked BIOS for the Gigabyte Radeon HD 3850 512 MB with Hynix 1.4ns memory chips?

It is for 1.1ns Hynix mems, but it works perfectly fine.
The 1.1ns and 1.4ns Hynix is the same chip, only that 1.1ns is fed with 2.0v and 1.4ns with 1.8v.
You might even gain a few MHz due to the looser timings on 1.1ns chips.
EDIT: I just remembered I did edit the bios to lower the memoryclock before I flashed my card with it.

cka3o4nuk, measure the resistance of marked resistor. According to Demolitionman1, it should be around 5.12 KOhms.people pls help
