This board has bad mojo. I finally got stable with 4 gigs of Cellshock @ 425MHz, 400 FSB Strap @ 1133MHz 5-5-5-15-42 yesterday, prime ran for a little over 4 hours. I came home from work this morning turned on my computer and it booted fine and then went into BIOS just to check my settings. I then exited the BIOS without making any changes and for no reason that I can think of the computer hard boots and refuses to load. It just sat theere running without loading the BIOS. These were my settings:
CPU Ratio: 7.5
FSB: 425MHz
PCIE: 101
FSB Strap 400
DDR2-1133MHz @ 5-5-5-15-42 the rest Auto
DRAM Static Rd: Disabled
DRAM Rd Training: Auto
Memory OC Charger: Auto
Ai Clock Twister: Moderate
PL: 7
All Pull-ins: Disabled
CPU Voltage: Auto
CPU GTL's: Auto
CPU PLL: 1.50V
FSB Term: 1.16V
DRAM: 2.14V
NB Voltage: 1.34V
NB GTL: 0.67
SB: 1.10V
PCIE: 1.50V
Load-Line: Auto
NB/CPU Clock Skew: Auto
After I rebooted it reverted back to stock settings like it was recovering from a bad overclock even though I had no indication from Prime that anything was wrong.
For some reason certain voltages @ or above 1.30V on the NB make this board flaky. I'm going to run my NB voltages as low as possible running my 4 gigs @ 1066MHz and then work my way back up again to see if I really need voltages above 1.3V on my NB.
Anyway......
