Whether that nice looking board is actually the A79A-S, I dont know. Think the A79A-S I saw before looked like the A7DA, but maybe they changed it.

Ill update the list at top when ive a bit more time. Thx for the links and such, however a few of them aren't in the list (yet) because they didnt look very interesting in the end. But if people are interested, Ill add them for sure

attached is the a79a-s i have some pics from other views (all official from foxconn)

also i included the specs for the a7da-s if it follows the scheme from the other boards in this series the pcb should be blue. i couldn't find anything about the one in the article you linked with a black pcb. it might be the digital life 750a called the mambo though.

Is the 790GX comparable to the 790FX?

I understand the 790GX includes GFX.
Is the 790GX like a 790FX+GFX? Are they the same performance and o/c wise?
If yes then why not buy a 790GX instead of a 790FX.

    Anyone?

From what I understand the 790fx is still suppose to be their top end chipset. Capable of full 3 and 4 discrete card CrossfireX.

790GX is suppose to be like a cross between the 780g chipset with the built in graphics processor, and the 790X chipset which is the trimmed down version of the 790fx. From what I've seen of the 790gx boards they won't have more than 2x pcie x16 slots, like the old 790x boards. But the built in graphics on the chipset will allow AMD/ATi to use Hybrid Xfire on the higher end cards to compete with NVidia's hybrid SLI features.

I just wanna see what the real performance potential is of the spider platform with the 790fx/gx paired with the sb750. If it jumps up well, I'll be upgradin to a deneb based phenom when they release.
