    Biostar Tpower I45 , +600mhz FSB easy

I tested the new P45 based motherboard from the Brand Biostar, and i was very happy to see that this board was overclocking Qween

first, here Are some pictures of the Tpower I45

And Screenshot of the new biostar OC/monitoring software

    Super pi 1M result @ 4ghz , ram 5:6

    And everest memory test

FSB maximum of my Qx9650 (maxed by cpu ... same result as asus P5QE board)

And finally , max FSB with An E8500 (under cascade cooling ..., maxed to 630mhz under classic watercooling and boot easy @ 600*6)

    Biostar product link : http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en-us/...t.php?S_ID=365

For FSB max and ease of bios, it was the best of 4 P45 motherboard i m testing

So finally something else besides 965 Asus can get High Wolfdale FSB. Let's hope all retail boards act like this, and this is not just a very special sample

Hmm, biostar usually have boards in 90€ range at least it was so with 965 and P35 Tforce series

Anyway, looking forward to 600+ bench results and especially performance per clock/fsb

    I think it's +1.3V Dino, so VID + 1.3V ( let's say 2.35V for a E8500 with 1.05Vid )

CPU Configuration section of BIOS looks very well done... Prefetch, etc.

PS: (0280) Frequency to (0286) Ratio Actual Value aren't set to Refresh access by default; I did it.
    Best Regards,
    Xavier
