Yeah it's DDR3 and has the auto raid. Don't know about dual bios as I can't see the chips in the photos.

Just look at the PWM cooling. #__#

track ball would be more durable... but then again, why would you go into bios w/o a keyboard present? set up your computer before your new kb and mouse arrive from newegg? all for bling and driving up the cost imo

It's for effect I think more than anything. Another "cool feature" that they are using to try and set themselves apart as the world's largest and most versatile motherboard manufacturer.

This was an adventure to say the least, but I was finally able to get a "sub-respectable" _stable_ oc.

Definitely not as easy as my IP35-Pro. The machine did 450x9 stable on air without batting an eye. It took a lot of time to get here on the MRF, but I have to say I am quite pleased with my new creation.

    EDIT

Forgot to mention this was 8G.

Dee Dee Dee! Have we not heard of bench testing and set up, Old school, the way we have always done it. Why waste all that time mounting, wiring everything and getting all comfy if you still end up having to remove it for another "dee dee dee" or a double check, or just for the ease of trying different CPU's and or cooling blocks. I've had boards benching and working for almost a month before fitting intop a case.

I'm suprised you were able to pull in all of the phases despite the low FSB, usually you only pull in one or two, if you pulled all of them in you bascially have changed the performance level to 4. If it's unstable for some reason go back and pull in less phases. Everyone keeps asking what the difference is between the Rampage and Formula BIOS and really you just played with it. Setting performance level directly without having to do the math of strap/transaction booster enable-disable/boost level in maximus and the abilty to adjust pull in directly.

Looking at you settings some other little tweaks to try are

Write Recovery Twr to 11 at least lower to 12
Read to Precharge Trtp to 4 maybe even 3
Write to Precharge Twtp to 11 at least lower to 12
Tref to 16383 should add a little more to your bandwidth
OK, I made these changes and the effects seemed to be minimal. As was mentioned by somebody else, I guess I can't change the Tref eh?

    Damn

Anyways, since you said my pull-ins put me at PL4, I just turned them all off and put it at PL4. Passes memtest without issue. BUT, I adjust either the 1st pull-in for both channels to enabled, and she won't post, so it looks like I've found the limit.

Here's what the throughput looks like now:

And the settings look MOSTLY like this, with the exception that PL is now 4 and we have NEUTRAL as the value for Read Delay Phase Adjust, and that seems to be all it will take.

Im getting BSOD in games and ive run memtest and getting errors test 2 test 4 and test 7 on seperate runnings of the test.

Is my ram screwed? I posted on OCZ support forum but admin says that this might not mean ram is bad?

I had system @ 3ghz from december to about a month or two ago and then upped it to 3.3ghz a month ago and the BSOD have been happening in the last couple of weeks. I went back to 3ghz and BSOD still happening as well as errors in memtest.

    Any ideas?

Ram timings are toast. You can get this problem running Micron 2gb sticks as well as hynix, if TRFC/TREF is not correct.

Your PL level is wrong thats why you have a Det Dram hang.
I would recommend you disable the pull ins and set your PL manually

I would recommend you disable the pull ins and set your PL manually

try setting dram static, clock twister, and booster to AUTO, see if it boots then
if it does check your trd ( performance level) setting in everest

It's definitely ram. First, change AI Clock Twister to AUTO or at most moderate

    Up NB to 1.55v
