Tested mem with vista memory test utility (some guy from ocz on a forum advices to use this instead of memtest)
    No errors found.
I think it's time for me to say : Fcuk Memtest !
Altough it served me for years, at the moment it just doesnt seem to work as it should be.
Going to test further with prime and vista mem tool

I had errors when I used OCZ (2000MHz rated) memory often with Test 8, no errors with Corsair. Either OCZ don't like Memtest, or OCZ don't like S2E!!!

I had pretty much exactly the same issues when I used memtest 3.4 while trying to find the cause of my problems with an Asus P5E3 Premium Wifi...

Try doing a search on memtest 3.4 errors on google. It seems this version of memtest can show errors on perfectly good ram, I think the generally accepted version is 2.1. There's some history of two different versions by different people if you don't mind trawling enough to find it.

Bottom line... Never trust memtest 3.4. 2.1 on the other hand seems to be trustworthy.
