If the Koolance block does not work then this looks like another good option.

That SB (SLF-1)block looks good enough for the SB. Will 2 9800GX2 fit with the SLF-1 in place?

You are using a QX9650 right? Try 1800Mhz FSB/1600Mhz RAM (loosen timings) with 8x multiplier and see if that solves anything.
