Here's the plan and I hope it works..
I have that SM X7DWA-N board.
One E5450 is coming from that guy in England as a "gift"
Once thats here, I will buy another,the memory and cooling.
I have everything else to complete the system.
That at 3500mhz will do 35,000 a day on XP 64 bit
( proven and tested with the X5482's from Supermicro)
So 35K from that rig,25K from the clover,15K from the Q6600 =75K a day

Yes, apparently he lost the email where I'd sent him my address,etc and he'd been away a few days on business.
I told him straight that to send when it was convienient for him and not to make a special trip,etc.
This was just a few days ago. Guy seems very straight to me and when it comes to stuff like this I undertand that "real life" comes first..

lol, I hope so when I get everything running full speed and stable. The p5e3 premium is going back rma. Good clocker but generally a dog pile from my limited playing around. It keeps losing the usb detection, cmos randomly clears all settings, pci-e doesn't consistantly work with crossfireX. It's going to ups tomorrow. On a more positive note I'm going to try a giga x48t dq6 which conveniently will be arriving by ups tomorrow

I hear ya on that! Yesterday I had my best day ever ( though I did dump two quad's production; they currently don't have a permanent internet connection AND found a machine with 267 results to be uploaded- many of them expired ... ).
Today: about 50 or 60 K less than normal...
Been friggin crazy lately, with my production. Trying to get a handle on it.

On a more positive note I'm going to try a giga x48t dq6 which conveniently will be arriving by ups tomorrow

Nice. I'd like to get one of the newer boards, but finances are iffy. Work has cut out almost all OT, for now, and I'm still getting acclimated to new economic realities, ie., a new car and car insurance. I mean I could get a new board, but I'm trying to be prudent and get a feel for things. AND summer is coming, was over 100F today, here. That means big power bills.

... Record high temperatures across the area this afternoon...

A strong ridge of high pressure over the area today resulted in many
official record temperatures being broken.

That one that had 267 completed WUs does have a permanent connection. It was just constipated and not sendin' 'em up, for some reason.

I just need to get a 25-30' cable, to hook up rigs that are on the living room coffee table, for some reason, into the dining room's switch.

I currently have two quads in the living room.

One of 'em is fine and ready to go, just need to get off my lazy azs and rip out the contents of an old case and stuff it in there. Then it'll be ready to move into a permanent location in one of the back rooms. There is enough permanent hookups in those rooms...

The other one needs a little work; I have it detuned for now. It is in one of those ICs-are-hotter-than-hell Abit IP-35's... Again, I need to get off my lazy butt and deal with it.
