I Got my E3110 yesterday, its Q806A227 pack date is 4/03/08
so far stable 4050Mhz at 1.32v in the bios but Uguru reports 1.29 once im all done i'll try and figure out how to post a screen shot.

Is it 1.32 set in bios or is that what bios reads. Usually ugrur and the bios reading for vcore are dead on.
You are probably setting 1.32 but actually sending 1.29 to the chip. Looks like you may have some more head room.

its 1.32 in the bios, after several hours of orthos Uguru seems to hold steady now at 1.3
one thing that is kinda odd is that if I run CPU-z more than half the time it will cause the computer to lock up after a few seconds, and if I run Real Temp with orthos the system is only stable for about 5 minutes.
every other program works fine, infact I was able to install the age of conan beta while running Company of heroes in the background( it was downloading a patch, not playing a game.) and and my super Pi times are around 11.6 with the fastest being 10.81 when I had it at 4.2Ghz.
im having some other random issues on boot up like slow posting and slow detection of the raid array so im thinking that I have just beat up on my IP35 Pro a bit to much and it may be getting ready to give up the ghost.

It is very good.
During preliminary test it reached 4 GHz with 1.25 V......but it is a oven: at 1.28 V it reaches the same temp than my E8400 at 1.39 V.
I am now RS at 4050 MHz and 1.29 V.

The max stable frequency is a little bit more then 4400Mhz at a little bit less than 1.5V.
I have FSB issue of above 476FSB. Under WinXP 32bit the picture form my TV Tuner is freezing 5-6 min. afters starts.

thats a basic trick hehe, already tried that.... ^_^
ive seen this board can reach 590+ (here in XS) FSB and this E3110 can do 550-575+ I think on air...
But I have a feeling it is really the board thats holding me back.
anyway, will gonna try it again tonight(hopefully it is cold), with a different PSU and a different modded BIOS from Polygon.
