Hi all again. Just thought I would post some more pics. I have now removed the mesh layer in between the fans and rad, as it was generating a bit of noise. I have also added a thin layer of foam around fans and rad to make sure there is nowhere for air to escape. I have also put the fans the other way around. I have noticed a temp drop and now idling at 28c.
