    OoOoOoOoh………..Yea it got painted….the obsessive/ anal-retentive way. So basically lapped to 2000 grit, buffed, 4 coats of gloss black, 4 more coats of clear coat, and then polished. Now I’m hoping to step up to the 790i FTW so all my efforts will have been for not. Either way it looks a lot better then it did when I received it with all the machining marks on top. You may have noticed that most of what I do is done in an obsessive/ anal-retentive way………..

    Which of the 3 orientations pictured will have the best flow?
    Incase anyone is wondering what part is actually being moved around in the pictures, it’s the male end of a Koolance shutoff nozzle.

    hmm

    I like the twist with putting the stock cooler back on with the waterblock

    Quick question though...can u still use the original fan and the waterblock? Now that would lead to ultimate cooling
