You have to edit the database to delete and account, most forum admins won't do this, but that is up to the admins here I guess.

Besides, deleting means all the posts disappear which is not good. Just don't login if you do not want to be here. They can move you to a non active usergroup too. Thanks for your contribution

Deleting account does not remove post, it will put "guest" under your username.

I havent seen this guy get into it with anyone...his posts are always very informative...I wonder what could cause this.

Im sure the admins can see if the original post came from his listed IP's... Thats one way to check if he was hacked.

Thanks to those concerned, but I said I'm sorry and thats the best I'm going to say. Some things are worth mentioning, some better left unsaid. Those who have contact with me will remain in contact and those who wish to can ask to be. Massman above has contact with me for instance. I don't want this to continue and look like a drama, its only a forum.

Charles: thanks, all the best, but my request is to have my account removed which I know is possible. I'm grown up and educated enough to know what I'm saying and why. It would be best to do that and lock this thread as soon as.

FYI my PM system is screwed and they go missing very often. Ask those I chat with regular as well as hordes of other better reasons it being this way.

Well, if there were issues, there are much better (more graceful and stealthy) ways to leave... for example, just dont come back, or PM more than just one person. You are a VERY smart dood from what I have read, this thread almost seems calculated to me. This just seems like a passive agressive way to deal with w/e issue you are having with w/e member(s).
