SLI seems to be my problem, just did som benches on a single card at 576 FSB. And this was on the card that was 2nd in the SLI setup, so it isn't my gfx cards.

What should I do? My GTL refs for core1/2 is auto, for 3/4 it's approx +.03 percent.

try lowering them instead of +.03 go for (negative) numbers, remember yorkies like negative values for GTLREF. If you are using 65nm, go for higher positive values.

i also had those freeze under games but no probs at all under 3dmark but since i dropped the pcie freq to 105 from 110 solved my problems

IT's the XMS3 DHX 4gb kit that runs 1600 MHZ at 7-7-7-20 timings.
The good thing is that the JEDEC values for the ram is 1333.
The JEDEC value for my Patriot Vipers are 1066 MHZ @ 7-7-7-20.
Overclocking the Ram to 1600mhz may work fine when you're running unlinked... But when I try to run linked at any clock (could be 3.2 or even 3.0 with an 8 or 7.5 multi respectively on my qx965) it will BSOD and only get into windows if I feed the ram upwards of 2.10 volts...
It's garbage ram.

Go look at the 4 gig kit you fool. You'd realize JEDEC specifications designate that at a stated voltage the ram must produce a certain speed.
To be JEDEC certified at 1333 mhz compared to 1066 mhz means that they're both on the same voltage designated by JEDEC themselves and produce that speed.
If you think that JEDEC 1066 mhz ddr3 and JEDEC 1333 MHZ ddr3 aren't night and day difference for overclocking, you sir are mistaken. That is why Corsair's DHX XMS3 kit that is 1600 at 7-7-7-20 costs nearly 800 dollars, because the IC's used are much more expensive.
You run 2 gigs, and thereby have lost your merit to speak. It's not hard to run 2 gigs of ram and overclock, but double density ram is proving to be a problem. Don't believe me? Read around on some forums and you'll see that just because 2 gig kits and 4 gig kits produce the same ratings (in this case patriot's 2 gig viper 1600 kit is 7-7-7-18 and mine is 7-7-7-20 at 4gb) it doesn't mean that they're going to overclock equivalently.
Also, you're the rookie who registered just, 45 days ago? In my opinion your credibility is shot from saying I know nothing, when you sir are the idiot who doesn't understand that 2gb modules of DDR3 that are good are expensive, and hard to find. Which is why when Patriot sells 1066 mhz JEDEC memory overclocked to 1600, it's only a handful of a field of them that get this rating. The problem? Run them in sync mode with no tax on the CPU (There is no tax on the CPU if you had a qx9650 you'd know that you can change the multi, so running 7.5x400 means I"m running 3 ghz and I was getting therms around 45-50 degrees UNLINKED with my ram at 1600). When I start to link stuff, the ram goes haywire. One can usually tell if the BSODs produced are by ram or by CPU, and in this case it was my ram. Data corruption that wasn't really there occured when I'd boot it'd say files are missing. When I change it back to stock settings, then everything was dandy.
You should stop insulting people and read more before you start posting about your leet q6600, you're going to lose credibility fast. YOu should be more mature too
For double sided sticks(4 GB sticks), tRFC is the one that makes the difference.If you don't believe me, I will post some results since I got my OCZ EB 4 GB sticks. Also, look @ the AT article.

Anyways... since you've got heaps more strain on the SPP w/ 4 gigs Vs 2 you may wanna consider increasing the voltage there or turning off P1/P2 and or setting 2T

And just to remark this, some kits have so much trouble running at 1T that doesnt matter if you put 2.3v, 2T is the only choice

So far I have 1.35v in bios but everest is saying 1.39.

When I Try feeding my northbridge more volts it causes BSODS in vista, anything that isn't auto value.. Dunno why man.

Well guys here is a real quick update
Installed my system since I have no case I have only mobo, cpu,ram,dvd write, hdd and intel fan connected. I cannot push my system further because of the fan but I will use my IFX-14 as soon as I get the case thursday.
Something I noticed WHICH REPEATS THE SAME STORY AS THE FIRST STRIKER EXTREME.
THIS BOARD SUFFERS FROM DIVIDER PROBLEMS/HOLES. Thats why some people when stressed (the people not the cpu) they increase the FSB by 1mhz and they cant boot, why? RAM goes all the way down to 1256Mhz which is NOT a common speed and that "would" make the board not to boot (would because I noticed this and I really dont want to try it) so I set up the FSB to 1420 and RAM to 1333mhz (for some reason motherboard doesnt read my RAM SPD well, Ill adjust it manually later on). So far it booted nothing corrupted but as I said I cant push further because of temps (already on 53c because of intel fan) but will update you as I progress through this week.
Also to mention, the board had some finger prints on the battery, however the NB still had its plastic paper. Also, the motherboard came with BIOS 0402 so that "kinda" makes me think this board is new. Everything was sealed in their bags nothing looked like it was touched before. BTW, the I love how the board boots :P
Please people just give me a couple of days and I promise to you all that I will help as much as I can. Like I said, make sure you check your RAM speed when you change the FSB. For ex: when I use FSB 1350, the RAM goes from 1333 to 1250 and thats what happens to many of you. CHECK RAM SPEED BEFORE LEAVING BIOS as it might become a weird speed after changing the FSB. Sometimes, you might think 1mhz increase should work, but 1mhz increase can re-arrange and mess with everything thats why the result is no boot.
Sorry if this sounds like a "already-know" stuff but I heard people saying "I increased 1mhz..." thats why I want to mention this.
i put in there a Q6700 but i am stuck at FSB 1400MHz and cannot to break it ... where is trick for OCing of 65nm Quads ...?
Hmm I'm still tweaking my GTL1 and GTL3 refs but it seems core4 is my slouch and is always dying in prime.
Anyone know some good VTT settings for the qx9650? Right now I'm running 1.36 VTT and 1.3625 Vcore.. I'm just trying to tune the GTLs so that I get a solid prime and then I'll bring down the volts.
So far I've tried +3 percent (so 70 percent, but 70-67 percent requires a +3percent*vtt*1000 = x mV increase) and I've tried negative values too.
Anyone else have any experience with the GTLs, have negatives worked well for anyone on quads? Not duals? Does more GTLn ref ruin stability or just feed excess volts and not affect stability? Really trying to fine tune here and seeing how far off I am to get the right values.
