    TTGI 3.3v, 5 and 12v modded

    I've ever seen the 3.3v line@5.26v, 5v@7.18v and 12v@16.81v
    there is a protection at 5.3v, 7.3v and 17v...

Why the heck would ya want volts that high to being with. Impressive to say the least, but remember that those volts also flow into your video card whether you vmodded it or not...hope the ICs are up to regulating it.

Bigpoppa, I just did the mod with my ttgi520 by using the link above. I had to bring my resistance down to about 755ohm to achieve 3.6v. I was 3.38 by default.

Which pots did you end up using to get the 3.6v? I am interested in moding my ttgi also

I used a 100ohm fixed resistor that goes right into the vsense line and I used a 10k pot for tuning my voltage. I had to bring my resistance even lower to maintain a 3.6v rail under load.

    King,

I started with 10k of resistance and worked my way down.

Nice volts, the ttgi550 4 fan i have from opps main page review doesnt have a 3.3v sense line at all.

Any other ideas. My dam 3.3v's down to 3.05!!!

Been using a fortron 350 for benching. I can get 3.7v on the pot inside.

The TTGI's is way better then my antec 550 true, volts were always low on it on the 5 and 12, no my problems the 3.3v

My 3.3 drop like a brick on this ttgi when OCing. cpu @ stock im @ 3.28v on my 3.3

Cranking up to my sig 24/7 specs, then starting F@H 2 instances.

Looking @ my 3.3v then and then my mem volts drop accordingly!!!

Im using the one from our main page review 4 fans, 3 settings.

    ttgi 550 clickie

If i wanna do any benching, i've been hooking up a second cheap fortron to the MB with the 3.3v upped to 3.7.

I like this TTGI because it does flow a lot of air out of my case. but this bad drop on the 3.3 is unacceptable under load. inside is one pot for the 5v and 12 single. No volt sense line at all.

My BH ram loves 3.5v and will do 260+fsb 1:1 tight timings.

Anyone else having this problem with the supply?? Or probably im just asking too much of it!!!! Im about to just run dual supplys or a big fortron.

All I can say is that 3.3 rail is just terrible. I have the v/sense line on mine and it is like a rock. If I were you I would try to rma that psu or replace it with anouther one as I wouldn't want it on my system.

the 3.3 was good on my 2.4c, but once i start going above 4ghz it drops. Antec 550's just as bad. But i didnt mod it.

Cant RMA a good PSU, volts are dead on, on a "standard" system. 3.32 if I back everything off and a mild Oc 3.6ghz. Plus the Void warranty tags are broke!!!

Heatsinks are massive in this PSU, I cant figure why they dropped the sense line like what is on the 520 ttgi's and others. the 12v and 5 v are way better then my antec.

Hitting above 12v @ over 4ghz on my antec drops my 12v down to 11.6 and the 3.3v drops as well.

Think im just going to add the fortron to the case also . Dam thing will let me get as much 3.3v as i want without modding.

gotta be a inside mod for this PS, it runs so cool, sinks barely heatup inside.
