you're about where I was before I started lifting. I was 5'9 ~100lbs.
right now I'm 145lbs and not much of it is fat(as in veins bulge, ribs show, etc.)
may i ask what did u start lifting??? i do try, but they come in so many different shapes and sizes and weights, and then the fact that while i try to lift them, something else lifts up,
