Well, ive fitted mine on the card. The stock cooler is indeed a pain to remove, but the block is easy enough to mount. Some pics -

Nice, though the cards look kinda sad naked, especially with the big hole from the standard fan. I assume the standard metal case does not fit now (no place for barbs) I wonder if the EVGA version with their water block will have a modded case for the cards. I know it's just looks, but I liked the clean lines of a case enclosed card. Maybe someone will come up with a modded case for them, or could just be me being wierd. Am I alone thinking this?
Made the same comment, and have thought the same about the casing?Nice, though the cards look kinda sad naked, especially with the big hole from the standard fan. The thing is nighttime it's still going to look pretty good.A real shame the cards look so bloody ugly naked.

*Hint to Eddy, DD and other companys* I think that the blocks should come with two spacers, for the back of the card.![]()

When you guys mention "spacing for the back of the card" do you mean to keep the back of the card (end with power connectors) from flexing or bending? It does look like it could use some spacers back there to secure it better (since the card is so long). Although it wouldn't look great you could certainly get away with using nuts and bolts to keep the back of cards spaced properly (just double nut the bolt at each card)? Also what is the distance between the inside of both PCB's (look at picture below for crappy drawing), lol.
