    evga 790i + Cellshock pc14400

    Ok guys like the title says, getting the C1 error on my post screen, tried 1 stick in diff slots and rest of the trouble shooting, havent got another set of ddr3 sticks avalible to me, so wats it exactly mean?
    Is the board dead or faulty sticks?

    I suffered this problem . My stick is OCZ 14400 DDR3.
    The Mobo Show C1 code when One Stick is bad.
    It's a fine operation after Ram Voltage raise a few value,

    cpu : core i5 750

    But how do u raise the ram voltage wen i cant post or get into bios?

    Buy a cheapest stick of DDR3 you can find, boot into BIOS, set the voltage, save settings, shut down, then reinstall the Cellshocks.

    Going into the store 2morrow to test other set of ram, will ask them to save the voltages for me.

    is this an older stick?
    it might still have an old spd on it which doesnt work on some boards.
